la ruta fue tal y como se anuncio y me dieron facilidades para subir y bajar en las paradas. Me falto conocer de antemano las paradas que se realizaban y mas informacion aunque el mapa digital facilitado al ampliarlo se veia borroso y no se distinguia. tambien falto el lugar exacto de la salida del Bus. Reservamos 48hs de bus todas las líneas. Empezamos con la roja y nos tocó con un chofer muy amable. El problema ocurrió al segundo día cuando quisimos tomar el bus en la parada número 15. Nadie nos y en el mapa aparecía la parada. Estuvimos esperando allí como 1 hora. Lo otro que me molesto es que los buses lucen todos iguales y nos confundimos varias veces

Había una media maratón en la ciudad ese día que pasaba por mitad de la ruta que hacíamos. No avisaron previamente, por lo que nos cogió de sorpresa. Para hacer toda la ruta tuvimos que bajarnos, atravesar la carrera a pie para coger otro autobús. Había gente con maletas que tuvieron que cargar con ellas tanto a la ida como a la vuelta para cambiar de bus. No se si por el mismo motivo, pero el sonido de la guía no iba acompasado con el sitio por donde pasamos al principio, ya después si.

There was a half marathon in town that day that happened halfway along the route we were taking. They didn't warn us in advance, so it took us by surprise. Al realizar la reserva no fuimos informadxs que ese mismo día se realizaba en la ciudad una media maratón. Debido a eso no se podía acceder al centro y muchas de las paradas estaban anuladas. La razón principal para la reserva era la movilidad reducida de una de las personas. El bus nos permitía ver las principales atracciones sin casi necesidad de andar. Finalmente, el bus solo sirvió de ida y vuelta a nuestro lugar de origen, con lo que tuvimos que abonar un precio desorbitado para ello.

When making the reservation we were not informed that a half marathon was taking place in the city that same day. Because of this, the center could not be accessed and many of the stops were cancelled. The main reason for the reservation was the reduced mobility of one of the people. The bus allowed us to see the main attractions without almost having to walk. Finally, the bus only served a round trip to our place of origin, so we had to pay an exorbitant price for it.
