Pesima informacion sobre horarios y disponibilidades (bote). Compre la actividad principalemente por el paseo en bote. Estando allá perdimos el paseo en bote pues en la web dice una cosa, en la web dice otra y los choferes de los buses otra. Averiguando luego la web del servicio de botes es incluso otra informacion. Se amparan diciendo que es flexible y para quien va un dia y trata de planificar su estadia muy mala experiencia.

Terrible information about schedules and availability (boat). Purchase the activity primarily for the boat ride. While there we missed the boat ride because the website says one thing, the website says another and the bus drivers another. Finding out later the website of the boat service is even more information. They protect themselves by saying that it is flexible and for those who go for one day and try to plan their stay, a very bad experience.

Muy difícil de localizar las paradas del bus. El barco, pese a lo prometido no tenía audioguía en otros idiomas. Recomiendo el barco, pero con la otra compañía, que hace el mismo recorrido en mejores condiciones

Al llegar al puerto de Copenhague nos encontramos con la necesidad de utilizar transporte lanzadera ( nadie nos comunica esto en la contratación) para acceder a la ciudad y en el paseo por lo canales el castellano brilló por su ausencia

Upon arriving at the port of Copenhagen we found the need to use shuttle transportation (no one tells us this when hiring) to access the city and on the walk through the canals the Spanish was conspicuous by its absence

Cogimos este tour por tener el paseo en barco con audioguía en español, pues todavía la estamos esperando...todo el paseo en ingles y danés. El autobús turístico normal, te deja en los puntos más importantes de Copenhague.

We took this tour to have the boat ride with an audio guide in Spanish, since we are still waiting for it...the entire ride in English and Danish. The normal tourist bus drops you at the most important points in Copenhagen.
